
Overview
Will Ostrander is an associate based in the Paul Hastings Los Angeles office, where his practice focuses on commercial, securities, corporate governance and other complex matters. Will has served as both plaintiff and defense counsel, handling a diverse set of litigation issues, such as securities class actions, shareholder derivative and direct disputes, contract claims, business torts, and copyright and other intellectual property disagreements. Will has also represented clients conducting internal corporate investigations and responding to government inquiries, including from the Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission.
Will has experience at every stage of litigation in jurisdictions throughout the United States. He has helped clients from the earliest phases of case assessment all the way through trial and on appeal. Regardless of the posture or matter, Will believes strongly in finding solutions for each client that are sensitive to their individual needs and goals, as well as vigorously pursuing success for every client in litigation.
Will received a J.D. from UCLA in 2020 and a B.A. with high honors from UC Berkeley in 2015.
