Thibault Dulac is an associate in the Tax department of the Paris office of Paul Hastings.

He assists management companies in the legal and tax structuring of their investment funds (notably private equity, infrastructure, and real estate), as well as the tax structuring of their M&A transactions.

Thibault also advises and litigates on tax law for French and international companies and managers.
