Stephen Self is an associate in the Global Finance practice and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on the representation of banks and other financial institutions as lenders and underwriters across a broad spectrum of corporate finance transactions. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, he practiced law at a corporate boutique firm in New York.

Mr. Self received his law degree, cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as a member of Moot Court and completed an externship with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from George Mason University. Mr. Self is admitted to practice law in New York.
