Omar Abdelhamid is an associate in the Corporate Department and is based in the firm’s Orange County office. His practice primarily focuses on Global Finance transactions and general corporate matters.

Omar received his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he participated in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and served as the vice chair of the Black Law Students Association. Omar also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University in 2017. Omar is admitted to practice law in California.
