Overview
Juliana Frenkel is an associate in the Global Hospitality & Leisure practice and is based in the firm's New York office. Ms. Frenkel represents real estate development companies and hotel companies in all aspects development, management, and licensing of real estate and hotel assets as well as food and beverage deals with celebrity chefs and restaurateurs.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Frenkel worked as a real estate tax consultant. She was responsible for providing structuring and compliance consultation to various real estate funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and sovereign wealth funds.
Education
Ms. Frenkel graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School with a certificate in real estate. After graduating from Brooklyn Law School she earned a Tax LL.M. from New York University School of Law. She is currently admitted to practice law in New York.
