Jessica Marfut is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She focuses on the representation of debt funds, lending institutions, private equity funds, developers, and investors in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on real estate lending. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Marfut represented mortgage lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions, primarily focused on multifamily and healthcare facility loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration. Ms. Marfut received her J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, and earned her B.A. in Public Policy and Law from Trinity College. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
