Jessica Rose Carter is an associate in the Litigation practice and is based in the firm's Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on complex litigation and white collar criminal defense. She also works in the Environmental practice group, representing clients in mass tort actions. In addition to representing individuals and companies in federal and state court, Ms. Carter represents clients throughout government investigations. She has experience with preparing motions, discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and oral argument.

Ms. Carter received her law degree from Duke University in 2022. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California in 2018. Ms. Carter is admitted to practice law in California.
