Helen Gustafson is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation practice and is based in the firm’s San Diego office.

Helen received her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif) with a certificate in Intellectual Property. While in law school, Helen served as an executive articles editor of the Chicago-Kent Law Review, an associate editor for the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Helen earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from DePaul University (magna cum laude). Helen is admitted to practice law in California.
