Overview
Hee-Chan Kang is an associate in the Global Finance practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. Hee-Chan advises banks, sponsors, corporate borrowers, and other financial institutions across a broad spectrum of banking and finance transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Hee-Chan trained at the London office of an international law firm where he also gained experience in real estate finance, litigation funding, and restructuring.
Hee-Chan read Jurisprudence at Jesus College, Oxford and is fluent in Korean.
Hee-Chan is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.

- Advised the arrangers on the pricing and allocation of a US$1bn Term Loan B facility and the refinancing of a EUR1.125 billion Term Loan B facility granted to Entain plc*
