Emily Monroe is an associate in the Employment Law practice and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

She represents employers in all aspects of employment law in both single-plaintiff and class action matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment matters in federal and state courts.

Ms. Monroe received her law degree from University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2021, where she served as Managing Editor of the Review of Law and Social Justice. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree (magna cum laude) in Business Management from Santa Clara University in 2018. Ms. Monroe is admitted to practice law in California.
