Overview
Emily Kuznick is of counsel in the Financial Restructuring group at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York Office. Her practice focuses on bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructuring transactions. She has considerable experience representing bondholders, lenders, investors, official committees of unsecured creditors, equity holders, and other stakeholders in distressed situations, both in and out of court. Emily Kuznick also has significant experience in bankruptcy and complex commercial litigation, as well as claims trading.
