Overview
Dominik Young is an associate in the Financial Restructuring practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the Firm’s London office.
Mr. Young acts for investors, corporate borrowers and insolvency practitioners on a range of formal and out-of-court restructurings, new money transactions and insolvency processes. He advises on contentious and non-contentious matters across stressed, distressed and insolvent situations, as well as litigation financing.

- Advised on fourteen interlocking CVAs for Park First Group.
- Advised a group of over 15 connected companies on their solvent wind-down and voluntary liquidation.
- Advised the liquidators and trustees in bankruptcy in relation to a fraudulent multi-level marketing scheme on recoveries for victims.
- Advised on a trading administration of a regulated energy supply (gas) company and on Ofgem and DESNZ investigations in relation to a regulated electricity-supply company.
- Advised the holding companies of a Premier League football club on their liabilities and certain transactions as part of an operational and financial restructuring.
- Advised on and took insolvency proceedings against a Championship football club for unpaid salaries to team coaches and a former manager.
- Advised a liquidator on litigation funding and ATE insurance for Insolvency Act claims against directors.
- Advised on crypto and NFT-related insolvencies, restructurings and frauds/asset recoveries.
