Overview

Chase Cero is Of Counsel in the Global Finance practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Dallas office. His practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a wide range of commercial lending transactions. He assists clients with domestic and international transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, senior and subordinate credit facilities, energy loans, asset-based loans, acquisition financings and other leveraged financings.

  • Represented JPMorgan Chase Bank in an $800 million syndicated, asset-based revolving credit facility to Dillard’s, Inc.
  • Represented JPMorgan Chase Bank in a $125 million syndicated, secured term loan and a $225 million syndicated, asset-based revolving credit facility to an oilfield services company.
  • Represented JPMorgan Chase Bank in an $80 million syndicated, asset-based revolving credit facility to a multi-level marketing company Private debt capital fund, as lender, in a $173.9 million mezzanine term loan facility provided to acquire a third-party administrator providing safety and compliance solutions.
  • Represented a Private debt capital fund, as lender, in a $44 million mezzanine notes facility to finance the acquisition of a hydrocarbon laboratory analysis, measurement, testing, and technology company servicing upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas markets.
  • Represented a Special situations investor in a $43 million senior secured term loan and revolving working capital credit facility and a related $4.25 million subordinated bridge note, each for purposes of financing the multi-site acquisition and recapitalization of a series of leading luxury automobile dealerships.
