Overview

Caroline Riley is an associate in the Litigation practice and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on antitrust, white collar defense, internal and government investigations, and anti-corruption compliance programs.

Caroline received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2023 as a Karsh-Dillard scholar. During law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law, a Peer Advisor for incoming first-year students, and a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant for LLM students. She was also awarded the Bracewell LLP Appellate Advocacy Award for writing the best appellate brief in her first-year section. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
