Overview
Bessie Callaway is an associate in the Structured Credit practice and is based in the firm’s London office. She specialises in structured finance and securitisation and advises on a range of transactions across different asset classes, including esoteric asset classes.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Bessie worked in the structured finance practice of another U.S. law firm in their London office and completed a secondment to their New York office.
