Overview

April White is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Diego office. Her practice focuses on intellectual property and technology transactional matters, including licensing, research, software and IP development, collaboration, acquisition, carve-out, investment, lending, manufacturing, supply, sale, resale, secure lending, distribution, marketing, and other commercial and technology-driven transactions and relationships. She represents public and private companies engaged in a variety of IP-intensive industries, including on behalf of both sellers and purchasers, licensors and licensees, lenders and borrowers, as well as equity investors, underwriters, and research institutions. Ms. White also prosecutes trademark applications and counsels clients regarding trademark strategies.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. White prosecuted trademark and patent applications, counseled clients in related matters, and represented clients in a broad range of intellectual property related litigation at a U.S. intellectual property firm.
