Overview

Annabel Cawood is an associate in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. Annabel’s experience includes advising banks, credit funds, sponsors and corporate borrowers across a range of finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings. Annabel focuses on representing creditors in both syndicated and private credit financings and has previously been seconded to Morgan Stanley’s leveraged and acquisition finance team.
