Alex Feng is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the Hong Kong office.
Mr. Feng’s practice focuses on securities offerings, post-listing compliance and other general corporate matters. He frequently represents issuers and underwriters in equity transactions across various sectors.
Mr. Feng is admitted to practice law in New York, USA. He also passed the National Judiciary Exam of the PRC but does not hold a practicing license. He is a native Mandarin Chinese speaker and is fluent in English.
