Corporate: Our practice covers the full spectrum of high-end work, including an array of capital markets, M&A, company and royalty acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments in public and private acquisitions. The team is active in matters involving a wide range of key Latin American jurisdictions, such as Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia, and Argentina.
Infrastructure and Energy: Our team has deep experience working on the development and financing of some of the largest, most complex, and politically challenging projects in Latin America. We have experience in the full spectrum of financing structures for infrastructure and energy projects, including commercial bank debt, ECA/MLA debt, project bonds (Rule 144A/Reg S), Section 4(a)(2) private placements, holdco structures, mezzanine financing and all combinations of these.
Restructuring: Our lawyers have extensive experience in domestic, international, and multi-jurisdictional restructuring transactions and insolvency proceedings, bringing to each engagement the best possible combination of restructuring-related and industry-specific expertise. We actively represent a wide range of domestic and international clients, including financial institutions, secured and unsecured creditors, investors, official committees of unsecured creditors, and debtors in complex corporate restructuring, workout and bankruptcy planning, negotiation, and litigation matters.
