Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP is advising global alternative asset manager Apollo on the asset-backed financing aspects of its acquisition of Dutch equipment leasing specialist, Beequip, from NIBC.

The Paul Hastings team is being led by partner Brian Maher, and also includes Of Counsel Sophie Bainbridge, and senior associate Emily Firmston.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and expected to be completed before the end of 2024.
