Paul Hastings Advises STG in Take-Private of Gresham Technologies

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP is advising STG Partners, LLC (“STG”), a private equity partner to market-leading companies in data, software, and analytics, and Alliance Bidco, a company owned indirectly by funds managed or advised by STG, on the take-private of Gresham Technologies plc, a bespoke software company that specialises in providing real-time solutions for data integrity and control, banking integration, payments and cash management.

STG has over 20 years' experience investing in enterprise software and data-centric companies and its portfolio is currently comprised of approximately 29 international technology companies, which collectively have more than 13,000 employees. Today STG has approximately $10bn under management.
