Paul Hastings Advises Morgan Stanley, Nomura, Raiffeisen Bank International and Crédit Agricole CIB on CVC Portfolio Co. Tipico’s Repricing of Existing €1.45 Billion Term Loan Facility and New €200 Million and €175 Million Term Loan Facilities

Paul Hastings LLP advised Morgan Stanley, Nomura, Raiffeisen Bank International and Crédit Agricole CIB on the establishment by Tipico, a leading German sports betting group and portfolio company of CVC Capital Partners, of the repricing of its existing €1.45 billion term loan facility and new €200 million and €175 million term loan facilities. Proceeds from the new add-ons will be used for general corporate purposes, including financing of acquisitions.
