Paul Hastings Advised the Lender in Refinancing of HornetSecurity for Acquisition of Vade

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised the lender in connection with the refinancing of the existing debt facilities of HornetSecurity GmbH, an international software company specialising in cybersecurity, and its recent acquisition of Vade Group SAS, a French cybersecurity solutions firm. The deal was sponsored by a consortium of investors comprising Providence Strategic Growth Equity, TA Associates, and Verdane Capital Advisors.
