Paul Hastings Advised Starwood Capital in Acquisition of Landmark Central London 10-Hotel Portfolio

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised global private investment firm Starwood Capital Group in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio of 10 hotels from Edwardian Group for an undisclosed sum via an off-market transaction.
