Paul Hastings Advised Pemberton on €2.3 Billion Strategic Credit Fund III

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Pemberton Asset Management, one of Europe’s leading private credit managers, in relation to its €2.3 billion Strategic Credit Fund III, one of Europe’s largest opportunistic direct lending funds. The final close of Strategic Credit Fund III brings Pemberton’s total Assets under Management across the three vintages for this strategy to €4.9bn.
