Paul Hastings Advised Oakley Capital on Investment in ProductLife Group

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Oakley Capital, a leading pan-European private equity investor, on its investment by Oakley Capital Fund V in ProductLife Group, a European provider of outsourced development, regulatory and compliance services to the global life sciences industry.

Oakley will work alongside management and its co-sponsor, 21 Invest - which is reinvesting in the asset via a continuation vehicle - leveraging its buy-and-build track record, supporting the business’ continued international expansion and accelerating investments into AI technology to drive technology enablement of its services and operations.

This complex cross-border deal leveraged Paul Hastings’ private equity capabilities in London and Paris, and the team included partners Anu Balasubramanian, Jamie Holdoway, Charles Cardon, Marc Zerah, and Camille Paulhac; and associates Migle Urbanaviciene, Peter Pedrazzani, Moussa Mbodji, Alisée Rival, and Juliette Hua.
