Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised NSM Insurance Group, a portfolio company of global investment firm Carlyle, on its acquisition of InsurEvo Group, a specialist personal lines travel Managing General Agent (MGA,from funds managed by Synova Capital.

NSM Insurance Group is a global speciality insurance provider with more than $1.8 billion in premium across more than 25 niche insurance programs. InsurEVO, which operates under the AllClear Travel Insurance and InsureandGo brands, two of the most trusted and dominant travel insurance brands in the U.K., has more than three million customers and over 350 staff in three countries, and provides essential access to cover travel for people suffering from pre-existing medical conditions.
