Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Boldyn Networks Group, a global leader in shared communications infrastructure, as borrower in connection with a new debt financing facility. Boldyn, majority owned by Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board, will use the new financing to further the growth of Boldyn’s European business, including to fund ongoing capital expenditure requirements in relation to its Transport for London concession to provide digital infrastructure solutions on the London Underground.
