Paul Hastings Advised Barclays on Prime Healthcare Services, Inc's $1.5 Billion Senior Secured Notes Offering and Tender Offer

Paul Hastings LLP advised Barclays and other initial purchasers in connection with Prime Healthcare Services, Inc.’s offering of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 9.375% senior secured notes due 2029, and a tender offer for approximately $875 million of existing notes.
