The firm also worked on two winning deals: The KKR/Unicredit/Intesa Sanpaolo NPL platform was named ‘Structured Finance & Securitisation Deal of the Year’ and GE’s $13.5B deal with Alstom was named ‘M&A Deal of the Year’.
