Paul Hastings Represents Reliance Globalcom in its Acquisition of Vanco Group

New York, NY (May 31, 2008) Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading international law firm, announced today that the firm advised Reliance Globalcom Limited, subsidiary of India's largest integrated telecom service provider Reliance Communications, in its acquisition of UK-based Vanco Group Limited from Vanco Plc (LSE). The acquisition was announced on May 26, 2008.

With this acquisition, Reliance Globalcom will add nine Network Management Centers to its integrated global service systems and processes. Reliance Globalcom will also expand its network to more than 163 countries.
