Paul Hastings Represents Bruno Guillon in Mulberry Exit

London - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it represented Bruno Guillon, the CEO of British luxury fashion label Mulberry Group, in his high profile resignation from the public company. The departure, widely covered in the national press and announced to the market last Thursday, came two years after his appointment.
The Paul Hastings team was led by partner Suzanne Horne and associate Matthew Poxon, who advised Mr. Guillon on a wide variety of issues connected to his decision to exit, having represented Mr. Guillon when he was hired by Mulberry from his previous role as managing director of Hermes.
