Paul Hastings Advises Strategic Value Partners on Ferretti Group Restructure

Milan, Italy Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Strategic Value Partners, a global alternative investment firm, on the €1.2bn restructuring of the Ferretti Group, a world leading manufacturer of luxury yachts. The deal is the second largest restructuring announced in Italy in 2012.
