Paul Hastings Advises Beacon Capital on the Acquisition of MidCity Place for £325 million
London (August 6, 2007) -- Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading international law firm, announced today that it has advised Beacon Capital Partners on the acquisition of central London office and retail development MidCity Place from Invista Real Estate and Delancey for £325 million.
The property comprises 350,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space and is one of the largest office buildings in Midtown. Paul Hastings also recently advised Beacon on the acquisition of 200 & 214 Grays Inn Road, its other Midtown acquisition.

This transaction was led by partners Mark Eagan, Emma Bucknall, Justin Hamer and Keith Wilson.
This is the third transaction on which Paul Hastings has advised Beacon Capital since becoming a client in November 2006. Paul Hastings also advised on the acquisition of 33 Grovesenor Place for £208 million in December 2006.
