Jacobs to Acquire Wood's Nuclear Business

London – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it is advising Jacobs Engineering Group on its acquisition of Wood Group’s Nuclear business in the UK, Europe, and the Far East for £250 million. The transaction is subject to certain conditions, including merger control clearance from the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority. More details of the transaction can be found here.
