UK Securities Law Update Q1, 2010
March 16, 2010
Ronan OSullivan and Ross McNaughton
In this issue of our UK securities law update we consider the status of the listing regime review by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) following the recent publication of its Policy Statement setting out the findings of its ongoing review and consultation on the UK listing regime. We also look at the recent changes to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) rules by the London Stock Exchange (LSE) relating to disclosure of directors remuneration and electronic communications, as well as the recent issue by the FSA of its latest listing regime newsletter, List! No. 24.
This briefing, and the developments it considers, will be of interest to, amongst others:
UK and overseas issuers with UK-listed securities;
UK and overseas issuers contemplating a UK listing of securities; and
investors in UK-listed securities.
