Jane will kick-off Day 2 sessions with the “DOJ and SEC Update — Recent Trends and High-Priority Risk Areas Impacting the Life Sciences Sector” panel, featuring Melissa R. Hodgman, Associate Director in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and Lee Cortes, Chief of the Health Care Fraud Unit, United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey.

Joy and BJ will be joined by Himani Shah, Executive Director, Head of Global Compliance Operations for Alexion Pharmaceuticals, and Michael Varlotta, Senior Director, Commercial Operations for Johnson & Johnson, to speak on the “Leading Strategies for Monitoring, Auditing, and Risk Assessments” panel.

The conference will conclude with a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Summit facilitated by Laura Skinner along with Sujata Dayal, Vice President and Global Chief Compliance Officer for Medline Industries, Laurie Kathleen Durousseau, Chief Compliance Officer for Ringel Pharmaceuticals, and Ernie Hernandez, Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Global Blood Therapeutics.
