IBA 23rd Annual International Conference on Private Investment Funds

Paul Hastings partner Anna Rips will chair the Insurance Solutions workshop at the International Bar Association’s 23rd Annual International Conference on Private Investment Funds. The workshop will explore investment by insurance companies in private equity funds, the structures that general partners are establishing to attract insurance capital in light of regulatory considerations, and the increase in acquisition of insurance companies by private equity managers and related sidecar structures.
