Xavier Petet is a Paris-based partner in the Corporate Department.

He is a recognized market expert with over 15 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of complex M&A and private equity transactions across Europe and beyond.

Xavier has built a strong track record in the mid-cap to jumbo-cap segments, advising leading private equity firms, financial sponsors, infrastructure investors, corporates (both listed and private) and entrepreneurs. His practice focuses on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and broader strategic transactions.

Xavier regularly leads both domestic and cross-border deals and is particularly well-versed in highly regulated sectors, with a focus on infrastructure, energy and healthcare/life sciences. He is known for his ability to navigate the strategic, legal and regulatory complexities inherent to these industries.
