Overview

Thomas Shiah is Of Counsel in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings, based in the New York office. He focuses his practice on the corporate and transactional aspects of in-court and out-of-court restructurings, including mergers and acquisitions, debt exchanges, debt and equity financings, debtor-in-possession financings, and restructurings and workouts. Mr. Shiah has experience representing clients in all aspects of the structuring, negotiation, financing, and implementation of these transactions. He also regularly represents hedge funds, private equity funds, banks, and large institutional investors regarding the development and implementation of distressed investment strategies.
