Sean McKenna is an associate in the Global Finance practice based in the firm's New York City office. His practice focuses on the representation of banks, other financial institutions and corporate borrowers in domestic and cross-border corporate finance transactions, including sponsored acquisition financings, syndicated senior loans, mezzanine and other subordinated financings, asset-based credit facilities and private placements.

Mr. McKenna received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2021, where he served as Vice President of the law school. He also received a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Florida. Mr. McKenna is admitted to practice law in New York.
