Sarah Hintzen is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. Her practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions for public and private companies.

Ms. Hintzen received her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 2024, cum laude, where she served as an Associate Editor on the Michigan Technology Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan in 2021, with High Distinction.

Ms. Hintzen is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
