Overview
Robert Silverstein is an associate in the Litigation practice and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, and appellate matters.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Robert clerked for the Honorable W. Eugene Davis of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He also worked as an associate at another international law firm, where he represented clients in various litigation matters. Beyond commercial litigation, Robert also dedicates a portion of his time to representing pro bono clients in housing and immigration matters.
Robert received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2019, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law Review and participated in the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, summa cum laude, from Middlebury College in 2015. Robert is admitted to practice law in New York and the District of Columbia, and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
