Rehan Hanif is a Partner in the London office of Paul Hastings. His practice focuses on real estate finance.

Rehan has a broad range of banking and finance experience, with a focus on European cross-border real estate finance transactions. He acts for lenders, arrangers, private equity sponsors, and other real estate investors advising them on financing and restructuring of senior and mezzanine real estate debt.

His experience includes advising on commercial investment property financings, development finance, hotel financing, and loan-on-loan finance. Rehan also has experience of complex Islamic Finance structures having worked in the Middle East.
