Overview

Rachel Gray-Pundir is a partner in the Global Finance practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. She has extensive experience advising top-tier and middle-market private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and other domestic companies, as well as arrangers and underwriters in connection with a wide range of finance transactions, including leveraged buyouts, take-private deals, dividend recapitalizations, out-of-court restructurings, and refinancings. Rachel is an experienced attorney with insight into both the borrower and lender side of complex leveraged finance transactions and has worked on financings ranging in size from $15 million to $2 billion.
