Puja Patel is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice of Paul Hastings LLP and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She focuses her practice on intellectual property and technology matters with an emphasis on patent litigation.

Ms. Patel received her law degree from American University Washington College of Law in 2021. During law school, she served as a judicial intern at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Ms. Patel was also chosen as a scholar to participate in Google’s Legal Summer Institute. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University in 2017. Ms. Patel is admitted to practice law in Washington, D.C.
