Carter Farrell is an associate in the Global Finance practice and is based in the firm’s New York office.

His practice focuses on the representation of banks, other financial institutions, including sponsored acquisition financings, syndicated senior loans, mezzanine and other subordinated financings, asset-based credit facilities, and private placements. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Farrell practiced as a corporate associate at a New York-based boutique law firm.

Mr. Farrell received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2021 and his Master’s of Business Administration from Wake Forest University School of Business in 2022. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University in 2015. Mr. Farrell is admitted to practice law in New York.
