Maura Noone is an associate in the Corporate Department and is based in the firm's Boston office. Her practice focuses on representing and advising clients on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, private equity transactions, and search fund matters. Maura also regularly advises clients on general corporate and corporate governance matters.

Maura received her law degree from Boston College Law School in 2021, where she served as Senior Editor of the Boston College Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics from Cornell University in 2018. Maura is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
