Overview

Marlyse Vieira is an associate in the Litigation practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. Her practice focuses on internal and government investigations, with emphasis on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA"), anti-corruption, and fraud and abuse. She also advises clients on corporate compliance programs, risk assessments, and third-party due diligence.

Ms. Vieira received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2022. During law school, she served as Articles Editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law and participated in the International Human Rights Clinic. Before law school, Ms. Vieira worked at a legal aid organization in Chicago as part of the Princeton AlumniCorps Fellowship Program. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics with a Certificate in Spanish from Princeton University in 2017.

Ms. Vieira is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
