Marguerite Kahn is a Special Counsel in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the Firm’s New York office. She has extensive experience in all aspects of municipal finance, having been involved in hundreds of municipal finance transactions since 1978. Ms. Kahn’s approach to municipal finance extends beyond meeting the immediate needs of her clients to assisting her clients in the development and implementation of long-term financial strategies and objectives. Ms. Kahn is admitted to practice law in New York.
